We have a robust cancellation procedure that will ensure you are given at least 24 hours notice if we have to cancel your table due to strong cold wind or rain. In this instance you will be called and emailed to offer the opportunity to re-book or receive a full and immediate refund. We will leave a voice message if you do not answer the 1st time and will try you 2nd time to re-schedule. If we miss you again you will receive an email of apology and an automatic full refund. **we will only accept deposit refunds where we have had to cancel the table booking due to bad weather, no refunds will be offered. however we are happy to reschedule the booking.**
Pre booking & Table deposit policy
From April 12th - May17th we hope you can support our new temporary policy that requires you to pre-book and pay a table deposit to sit with us whilst we have limited outside seating capacity. This is to ensure we do not suffer the no-shows that unfortunately occurred a lot last time and cost us enormously. **we will only accept deposit refunds where we have had to cancel the table booking due to bad weather, no refunds will be offered. however we are happy to reschedule the booking.**
From April the 12th, we will be operating our gorgeous outdoor seating areas for groups up to 6 who wish to enjoy something from our kitchen. Your group must be planning to eat if you wish to reserve a table. Otherwise, we’d love to invite you to continue to enjoy our takeaway coffee & cakes as that service will not stop.
Slight menu change
We’ll now be offering our normal brunch menu between 9am & 3pm 7 days a week and only plugging in our Social Dough artisan pizza menu into Friday and Saturday evening between 5-9pm. Otherwise you are still totally welcome to enjoy our lovely speciality coffee & cake takeaway service or if you’re lucky enough, we have kept the back terrace free for walk in tables of 2 for coffee & cake.
Wesup Embassy Card Holders
Following May 17th we can extend our seating back indoors and local customers with an Wesup Embassy Card will be able to book tables without paying a table deposit so if you just wanna sit and chill with a coffee, you can do that. You’ll just have to call to book and we’ll look after you.
Prepare For The Weather
It’ll be April when we reopen and the weather could be cool and unpredictable for outside seating. We invite you to bring warm clothes, a coat and even a blanket if you think you may be cold. Due to COVID, we can not supply blankets as we’d like to and we will not be able to instal heaters in time for reasons to do with power supply.
Tables on the Gin Terrace can be booked for 2-6 people in 90 minute slots and will require a minimum £10 per person spend which is taken as a non-refundable deposit upon booking. As larger tables take longer to serve, tables of 6 will get 2 hours to enjoy the experience.
The View Tables
Tables on The View will seat a maximum of 6 and will require a minimum £120 table spend (not per person) per 2 hour sitting which is also taken as a deposit upon booking. You can book the table with less than 6 people but it will still require a £120 minimum spend.
Extend Your Stay
Tables can be booked multiple times to extend your time to sit but you will need to pay the additional minimum spend per head deposit or table charge. This protects us against people occupying valuable tables whilst nursing a glass of water which wouldn't be fair at a time like this.
