High Intensity Paddling Circuits – Sounds fun right!
SUP Fitness is the fastest growing aspect of the sport. WeSUP’s HIPC class is an insane blend of sprint paddling between two points and various reps of squats, burpees, push-ups, mountain climbers and everything in between! Its so fun but SUCH a killer workout as you end up silently competing with everyone around you!! If you have your own board please bring it 🙂 Session lasts 45 minutes and id advise you wear standard gym wear – you will sweat!!
